I struggle often with my weight, I Gain weight so easily and I got a bit larger as I got older. I feel so trapped in something I have to constantly control... and the Society asks me to work towards somethign Unrealistic.

You do need to have a basic level of health (something I was reminded of abruptly with a spate of weight-induced health issues this year). Beyond that, be what you are and don't worry what someone else thinks physical beauty is, because there's always another person who thinks just the opposite.
